CREATING EMOTIONAL SAFETY DURING DIFFICULT TIMES

When the world is in turmoil and things are difficult, we may feel at a loss for what to do. How can we support our children during this time? How can we help them build emotional strength and resilience? How do we manage daily challenges when these world events affect us as individuals and families?

Join us for a warm evening of community and support as we explore how we can help our children and youth during this difficult time. Discover where resilience comes from and how we can create the conditions for it to grow. Learn practical strategies that we can use daily with our families to lower anxiety and provide some emotional release for all. And lastly, discover the power of your caring leadership in turbulent times. Your children and youth need you now, more than ever - even if they are not showing it. Come together with your community to explore how you can create emotional safety during this challenging time.
